Frequently asked Questions
Total Delivery Timeline: Total delivery time consists of handling time plus transit time.
Order Dispatch / Handling Time: Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days, Monday to Friday, excluding Irish public holidays.
Shipping / Transit Time: Once dispatched, estimated transit time is:
Republic of Ireland: 1 to 5 working days.
Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, and United Kingdom: 7 to 14 working days.
Total Estimated Delivery Time:
Republic of Ireland: 2 to 8 working days.
Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, and United Kingdom: 8 to 17 working days.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may be affected by courier delays, customs checks, public holidays, severe weather, incorrect address details, remote-area access issues, failed delivery attempts, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period: If you are a consumer buying online, you have the right to cancel your order and return your item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, no reason required.
Item Condition: Items must be completely unused, unfitted, undamaged, and returned in their original manufacturing packaging.
Return Costs: Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are covered by the customer. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover all return shipping costs.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Address changes can only be made before the order has been dispatched.
Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address.

Before Dispatch: We can easily update your delivery address as long as your order has not yet left our facility.
After Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to the courier and dispatched, we are completely unable to modify the shipping address or reroute the package.

In most cases, yes we try to ship your entire order together.
However, if your order contains multiple large items, heavy components, or products stored in different warehouse zones, we may choose to split your order across multiple packages. You will never be charged extra shipping fees if we choose to split your delivery.
