9. Handling Time
Our standard handling time is 1 to 3 business days, Monday to Friday.
Handling time means the time required to process, prepare, verify, pack, and dispatch your order after payment has been successfully authorised.
Handling time does not include weekends, Irish public holidays, destination-country public holidays, courier transit time, customs processing time, or failed delivery attempts.
Orders placed outside business hours, during weekends, or on public holidays are normally processed from the next business day.
10. Locations and Addresses We Do Not Deliver To
