Tetrosyl wheel paint is high quality wheel paint, suitable for use on steel and alloy wheel trims. Use to transform wheels on cars, motorcycles, bicycles and caravans. Contains enough paint in normal use to cover five wheels.
Preparation and Priming: 1. Ensure wheels are clean and free from dirt, grease, oil and rust. 2. Key surface with abrasive paper and mask off surrounding area to help avoid overspray on brake discs and components. 3. To ensure a high quality finish, use a Hi-Build Primer on bare metal surfaces or when painting plastics use Tetrosyl Plastic Primer. 4. Test compatibility on small inconspicuous area similar to that being sprayed. Avoid overspray on brake discs and components.
Colour Application: 1. Shake can for a minimum of two minutes. 2. Carefully remove lid, test spray technique, colour match and compatibility. 3. Hold can 25-30cm (10″ – 12″) from surface, spaying in alternate horizontal and vertical strokes. 4. Further coats can be applied when previous coat is dry (approx. 10 minutes).
Note: Shake can between applications. Regularly invert can and clear spray head. Store and use this product at room temperature. Low temperatures may reduce aerosol performance. In case of blockage, clean spray head with cellulose solvent or carefully remove any obstructions with a pin. Store in an upright position and secure when transported.
